This position serves as an organizational resource to correct inappropriate data in the patient's chart for issues involving chart corrections. The individual works at reputed company of the chart correction process, facilitating correction throughout reputed company inpatient and outpatient information systems and ensuring that reputed company necessary corrections are made in a reputed company manner. Ø Works with multiple legacy systems such as Cerner, reputed company, Home Care Home reputed company, Initiate, Medi Quant, etc. to help research, analyze, and validate patient information . Qualifications
