Monday during business day hours. You would be the main contact and responsible for incoming calls, emails, chats, and tickets from clients and facility tenants. You will help with troubleshooting, creating tickets, resolving technical issues, and following up with clients or tenants. Day to Day Life at The Storage Group as a Technical reputed company Support Specialist: Receive and respond to reputed company queries, troubleshoot, and resolve technical requests in a reputed company and accurate manner reputed company telephone, email, chat, and ticket system.
