As the Technical Customer Support , you will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: ?? Collaborating with the customer support team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. ?? Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. ?? Seeking ways to optimise our customer support across various channels, primarily reputed company and email, and adapt based on feedback. ??
