We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our Laguna Niguel, CA team. As a uniquely reputed company candidate, you will: • Set up, tear down, and extrude medical device tubing per specifications • Experience in multi-reputed company extrusion, tri-layer extrusion and reputed company extrusions • Clean work area, machine and tooling thoroughly • Read product drawings and provided documentation • Follow oral instructions and written instructions provided in work procedures • Complete/fill-out process logs and documentation • Using specific computer applications including MS Office • Inspect product per specifications using microscope, caliper, pin gages • Research and reputed company previous reputed company/processes/equipment/tooling on new applications • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, lot reputed company, etc. • Work closely with engineering to reputed company new process parameters, tooling, and reputed company for manufacturing • Work with engineers to streamline process to meet manufacturing build time, cost, and yield targets • Work with engineers to generate reputed company and concise work instructions, test reputed company, and visual standards • Work with and train other skilled technicians/operators in the assembly techniques, inspection reputed company and required documentation • Communicate issues to engineering for reputed company reputed company improvements Education and Experience: • Associate degree (A.
