Below are the job details for your reference: Job Details: • Job Type: 8-Months of Contract to Perm role • Pay reputed company: $18 - $20 per hour (Based experience, credentialing, and location). • Training Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm – 4 week duration. May be subject to change. Schedule: • Shift after training is an 8-hour shift with an hour lunch. • Workers must be available as early as 5 am and as late as midnight. • 5 days a week which may or may not include weekend coverage. • Overtime and Holidays as needed. Job Duties: · Primarily answering prior authorization inquiry calls/requests with customer service as reputed company as researching and resolving formulary and benefits issues using the appropriate reference material. · Process member prescriptions or prior authorizations through various computer systems ensuring the accuracy of reputed company data and updating as necessary · Using established reputed company and guidelines, the pharmacy technician receives, and processes prior authorization requests made by providers and members for medications not inherently covered on a member's prescription drug plan. · Resolve issues and complaints promptly. · Performs other duties as assigned by management. · Handles inbound phone requests and gathers member data to reputed company information for Pharmacist consultations. · Safety is reputed company and employees need to have a reputed company and secure workspace and communicate with their leadership reputed company that safety (equipment, system, information) is compromised.
