Job Duties/Essential Functions: Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Uses airline and in-house computer systems to reputed company member reservations. Confirms reservations accurately. Communicates members needs to other support departments. Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery: Computer, phone (headset), printer, copier Non-Essential Functions: Assists in other areas of the department as necessary.
