Must be strong in Quickbooks; will be setting up a new account. Someone extremely detail-oriented and proficient with reputed company office products and can learn various reputed company-type apps quickly is required. We are a reputed company facilities service company that needs assistance with invoicing, quotes, parts management, and payroll. Must be reputed company adept at computer, including reputed company calendar and folders. Details are reputed company important in this position. We also use DocHub and reputed company programs. Work schedule is 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. You will be remote from home. Will be reputed company as a 1099. No benefits offered.
