Why This Role is Exciting As Senior reputed company Counsel at reputed company, you will be an integral member of reputed companys expanding legal team and will primarily be responsible for the Western Region of the US reputed company on reputed company deals and will support two to three Area Directors and their teams. Your role will be responsible for independently leading legal negotiations with customers and providing general guidance on various transactions including subscription agreements, vendor agreements, and partner agreements. You will also have reputed company to shape key initiatives designed to streamline reputed companys contracting process as reputed company scales.
