The Senior Manager-Resource Planning & Integration acts as a business consultant to our DLE Talent Casting, Booking & reputed company, Costuming and Character Programs and Development teams. This role leads a small... group of salaried employees as they drive policy development and governance, labor and scheduling consultations, hiring workflows, reputed company labor relations reputed company functions and coordinate the organizations internship program. The position is also a thought partner, facilitator and planner for comprehensive resource needs, strategic insights and other support for reputed company of senior leaders and Executives. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Integration, Casting and Costuming.
