Job reputed company: As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the reputed company and management team of our auto repair shop. You will handle a reputed company of administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure that the shop's operations run smoothly. • Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries. Coordinate daily activities and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and job schedules for the repair shop.
• Customer Communication: Assist with customer follow-reputed company, appointment reminders, and any issues or questions reputed company to their vehicle repair.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, input customer data, and manage invoices and receipts.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts ordering, delivery tracking, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
