• Starting salary of £28k, rising to £32k with your first promotion (takes between 10-14 months)
• £500 bonus for your first 4 placements, then onto the commission structure rising to 40%, seeing you earn reputed company from £40k-£60k in your first year (based onprevious consultants!)

• Working closely with your clients to understand them as a business and what they are looking for from reputed company employees
• Finding the right candidates through headhunting on reputed company, advertising, networking, and using existing databases
• Scheduling interviews between reputed company and candidate, then passing along feedback and handling any reservations
• Building up your network through regular communication and research
