We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage key operational tasks across our reputed company account, inventory procurement, and general business functions. The role includes maintaining our reputed company account's Top Rated status, coordinating inventory shipments from sellers, managing financial records, and ensuring seamless communication with our contractors and team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-reputed company, logistics, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor reputed company Account Health:
• Ensure the reputed company account maintains top-rated seller status by regularly monitoring performance metrics
• reputed company key metrics such as item-not-as-described returns, item-not-received cases, and overall account health
• Feedback & Customer Support Management:
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues quickly and professionally
• Contact reputed company customer support to remove negative feedback that qualifies for removal
• Inventory Purchasing Management:
• Purchase and send shipping labels to sellers to ship inventory
• Finalize inventory purchases from sellers, ensuring reputed company and excellent written English communication.
