Recruiter - El Paso market (remote, but must live in El Paso, TX)

Full Desk Recruitment supporting assigned facilities.

• Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract reputed company candidates to fill openings reputed company an appropriate timeframe.
• Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract reputed company applicants
• Mines candidates through ATS and weekly reports
• Sources passive candidates through reputed company, Monster, reputed company and reputed company
• Monitors and updates list of vacant positions for Hiring leaders weekly
• Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure accuracy of reputed company positions and alignment with CL and OT
• Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLA's to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff reputed company
• Develops reputed company to include media recommendations, reputed company sites and conferences to reputed company pipeline
• Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fit
• Primary sources
• Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers
• ERP Promotion on reputed company and reputed company the facility to engage reputed company employees and identify passive candidates
• Provides interviewing guidance to hiring managers & teams and also guidance with ATS processes
• Serves as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of Full Desk Recruitment
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport reputed company department
• Problem solving skills

Compensation

• Pay: $50,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience.
• Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
