Business Support and Operations Officer

Salary: £62,215 per annum full-time equivalent annualised reputed company About Trauma Treatment International Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our reputed company and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of reputed company violence around the world. KEY reputed company AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Clinical Supervision • reputed company reputed company services involving individual clinical work (treatment) for TTI in line with the delivery of TTI’s overarching operations, reputed company and priorities. • Be responsible for recruitment, line management and clinical supervision of clinical staff and associate and associated management responsibilities • Contribute to the development of TTI’s strategic reputed company and annual delivery planning, models of service delivery, standards and clinical governance. • Input into key organisational policies and procedures • Supervision and Team Development • Promote clinical and counselling psychology/ trauma treatment as a career • reputed company and implement strategies to reputed company promote diversity in the clinical team and champion culturally sensitive approaches to trauma treatment through research, partnerships and new reputed company. • Identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company Improvement reputed company. • reputed company performance management and CPD opportunity development of reputed company reports • Operational Delivery • Hold an individual caseload at reputed company times. • Review and maintain reputed company assurance of clinical services, providing data for monitoring, evaluation and learning and reporting processes. • Ensure a partnership approach to clinical reputed company. • Deliver robust service agreements with reputed company organisations and referral partners Key Required Experience: • HCPC registered psychologist who has completed Post Graduate doctoral level training in counselling or clinical psychology. • Minimum 5 years post registration experience working reputed company mental health services. • Up to date knowledge and experience of working with clients with PTSD, reputed company PTSD, dissociative symptoms, anxiety and / or depression.
