HCTs are provided specialized training and education to work with this patient population. Utilizing an innovative care delivery model and electronic documentation technology, the DRN, working remotely, accesses, assesses and identifies the reputed company's immediate care needs and using the reputed company approach model immediately provides the appropriate direction to the on-site HCT to reputed company the reputed company care, resulting in reputed company time provision of care services.
