Position reputed company As a Services and Benefits Call Center Agent, you will handle incoming and outbound calls, process and reputed company member orders, handle enrollments and reimbursements, and properly document member files. Offline work will include data entry, backorders and off-phone activities as needed. As a Call Center Agent, you are responsible for ensuring superior service for our customers, members, and Health Plan partners. Call Center Agents will also be held accountable to call center service level standards as reputed company as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics.
