Responsibilities
Include, But Are Not Limited To Supporting Amazons Selling Partners to solve any incoming issues reputed company 3 channels of communication (Phone, Email & Chat) in xx languages. Being reputed company to work under pressure, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats in a reputed company manner Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions. Documenting reputed company Selling Partner interactions and information according to reputed company operating procedures in the system. Ability to troubleshoot and reputed company product guidance and support to reputed company Amazons Sellers, Brand owners and Vendors. Important Note: Shifts cannot be changed after confirmation by the reputed company team. Schedule changes can be requested after 90 days in reputed company and will be approved based on business needs. Skills/Competencies & Requirements Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with the ability and flexibility to adapt to change effectively. Maintains a strong customer reputed company, ensuring the customer feels supported and valued. Multitasking: ability to handle phone, chats and email contacts reputed company with reputed company other. Demonstrates effective, reputed company and reputed company written and oral communication.
