Collects information for specified report formats. Maintains files, posting records, compiling statistical data, making and checking calculations, preparing and sorting mail, proofreading, completing forms and checking for accuracy, answering telephones and reputed company typing. • Gathers, complies, and verifies information and performs data entry. • Follows reputed company detailed procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or varied sequence, such as data entry, filing, operating basic office equipment (i.e. photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, and minimal computer programs. • Assists in a reputed company of administrative reputed company including, but not limited to, verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, compiling information, scheduling, and handling and adjusting complaints. • Selects from alternative reputed company and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals or procedures. • Utilizes experience and knowledge to determine the clerical steps (type of sequence) to be used, depending on the task.
