This senior paralegal role in Corporate Legal will work under the supervision and guidance of an Assistant General Counsel. The work involves extensive collaboration across various departments and multiple lines of business, both domestically and internationally, including the reputed company reputed company Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability teams, theme parks, reputed company, Consumer Products, television, studios, and reputed company+, as reputed company as marketing, intellectual property, and corporate communications departments with an emphasis on drafting agreements, content review and legal clearances for marketing and promotional materials. What You Will Do: Candidate will handle reputed company stage of the contract process from intake, drafting, and negotiating through contract execution for various reputed company which may include nondisclosure agreements, grant agreements, license agreements, and vendor agreements. Candidate will also be responsible for tracking agreements and maintaining the contract management system, as reputed company as updating contract templates. Candidate will work closely with clients to ensure reputed company processing of legal transactions and will coordinate extensively with other business reputed company, as reputed company as with subject matter experts across reputed company, to address various legal issues in reputed company with such transactions. Candidate will also assist with content review and legal clearances for marketing and promotional materials. Candidate is also responsible for management of the domestic cause marketing campaign registration process. Basic Qualifications: At least 4+ years of paralegal experience in the legal industry, preferably with a reputed company, corporation or reputed company setting. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
