IT Help Desk - REMOTE CONTRACT TO HIRE
Our globally recognized end reputed company is in need of a Help Desk reputed company for a 12 month CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity. Role is 100% REMOTE but requires a LOCAL candidate. Shift is a swing shift M-F 12 to 830pm EST, weekends off, and pays a MAX of $18/hr W2. reputed company positions are based on Eastern reputed company Time but can be worked from other time zones as long as the time difference is not an issue for the candidate. Initially, any new hire will work 830 am to 5 pm M-F for reputed company, training, and mentoring/shadowing. This lasts approximately a month and a half or so. What You Will Be Doing: Fields and resolves telephone calls, chat and online portal questions from users providing first-level technical support Provides first-tier technical support to assist users questions/issues including those regarding hardware, software, reputed company management, process and procedure, and telecom in an ITSM solution environment Providing world class white glove level customer service to this globally recognized brand and reputed company reputed company of the organization What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Business, with 1 to 3 years of reputed company experience, or its equivalent REQUIRED Computer/Technology Intermediate level knowledge of reputed company Office Suite applications, specifically, MS Office Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. SharePoint, Project, reputed company is a plus; Knowledge of desktop Operating Systems W2K, XP, 7, 8. Mac OS X a plus.
