You’ll need to have: • Associate’s degree or two or more years of relevant work experience. • Skilled in overall telecommunications support, particularly Voice over IP (VoIP). • Thorough understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). • Strong customer service/vendor management experience. • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, session border controllers and connectivity correlation from end-to-end. • Knowledge to interpret network design documents. • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. • Ability to obtain a government reputed company clearance.
