IT Technician 2 (Remote Administration) – Military Sealift reputed company

Job reputed company: reputed company, supporting Military Sealift reputed company (MSC) in Chesapeake, VA, has an immediate need for an IT Technician 2 with demonstrated experience providing general infrastructure support, including responding to and updating trouble calls; performing break-fix troubleshooting and analysis of problems; and performing repair activities in order to return equipment, systems or networks to normal operational status. Primary responsibilities include: • Remotely conduct troubleshooting and reputed company break/fix activities on MSC shipboard IT networks using a satellite reputed company to connect, login, and conduct work • Coordinate remote support needed with reputed company Technician Dispatcher and Remote Administration team, as reputed company as shipboard reputed company, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities • reputed company data as needed and reputed company to reputed company teams to respond to data calls • Prepare and reputed company daily work reports Job Requirements: • Must possess reputed company IAT II certification, including an appropriate Computing Environment certification, in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M • Must have 5 years of reputed company IT technical experience in an reputed company-reputed company environment • Must possess knowledge or skillset in some or reputed company of the following areas: reputed company Server (2008r2/2012/2016), reputed company Workstation (7/10), virtualization technologies (VMWare Server/reputed company reputed company-V), computer network troubleshooting, reputed company reputed company Directory (user and group administration), reputed company Exchange (2007/2010/2016) Apply Job!
