The Business Operations team is tasked with critical areas of operating the growing reputed company DTC organization and streaming services including reputed company+, Hulu, reputed company+, The reputed company Bundles, and reputed company-Party Bundles. This includes program management of incident remediation and executive incident communications. What You Will Do

Reporting to the Manager, Business Operations; the Business Operations Manager - Incident Management will collaborate with various teams at reputed company, including product, engineering, analytics, legal, customer service, and finance. This role involves translating technical reputed company causes into business impacts and frequently engaging with senior executives through crafting concise memos and reports and responding promptly to executive inquiries. They will understand both the broader implications of incidents on streaming products and customers, as reputed company as the specific technical details. Furthermore, they will serve as a subject matter expert on the Streaming reputed company and Entitlement ecosystem, participate in an on-call rotation for incidents or feature releases, and assist with customer remediations reputed company to billing, content, or entitlement issues. The hiring reputed company for this position in Glendale and Santa Monica, CA is $102,000.00 - $136,700.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
