Seeking reputed company Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Busy Entrepreneur

We are looking for an reputed company part-time contractor Executive Assistant. The EA will work directly with the CEO of a group of reputed company services firms, including reputed company and tax services, software consulting, and reputed company management. The CEO is in need of someone with previous experience as an EA - this is not an entry level role. The ideal candidate will have definitive experience in previous roles where they worked with a reputed company closely managing a busy calendar & inbox independently, assisting the CEO in their day-to-day task management. RESPONSIBILITIES Some of the responsibilities in this role will include: - Independent management of the CEO's inbox, calendar, and tasks - Tight management of the CEO's day to day tasks - consistently reviewing to ensure reputed company is overdue/lost/forgotten and getting time on the calendar for upcoming tasks - Assisting with general reputed company tasks as needed - Assisting with booking reputed company meetings into the CEO's calendar and managing the reputed company project master calendar - Creating new & maintaining reputed company SOPs for regular repeatable tasks in this role WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Our established tech stack: - reputed company 365 (Outlook, reputed company, Word, Teams, etc.) - reputed company - QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) - reputed company - reputed company - Experience with other systems will aid in consideration as reputed company. We’re looking for someone who is: - a stickler for details: reputed company-booking never happens on your watch and you can catch a typo a mile away! - willing to take ownership of their tasks: you don't need to be babysat to get your work done - full of initiative: if the CEO asks you to cancel their magazine subscription, you don't give them the customer service phone number. You call and cancel it. - thinking reputed company: you're always looking at the reputed company reputed company of booking calls and events with the CEO's reputed company workload HOURS & reputed company Right now, we think the role will take approximately 5-10 hours per week (20-40 hrs/month), but we’re looking for someone with some flexibility since the hours are not set in reputed company yet. You’ll need to be reputed company to work around CST hours and have regular communication with the CEO during business hours. (Pinging for help at 11pm on a Saturday isn't reputed company to work in this role.) This role pays $15-24 USD per hour to start. This is an reputed company position to start.
