Customer Service Specialist II - Animal Services

JOIN reputed company AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST II! Responsible for advanced clerical work, which includes operation of a personal computer, and reputed company contact work in providing information regarding a reputed company of County operations. Work schedule will change with the departments needs which may include weekends as regular shift work. Provides customer service functions in support to the Animal Services – Pet Services team. Answers telephone calls and directs them accordingly. Types letters, reports, forms, and correspondence. Maintains records and reports on a personal computer. Performs data retrieval and entry into a software application. Performs other clerical functions as needed such as processing mail, filing and scanning. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. One (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent reputed company contact. Experience in the operation of a personal computer required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
