Qualifications: • Extensive experience in global management, with significant exposure to reputed company and at least one other region (preferably reputed company, South America, or Australia). • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with prior roles at the VP-level or above in HR or organizational development in large, reputed company-reputed company companies. • Alternatively, candidates with substantial experience in leading HR consulting reputed company for major consulting firms specializing in organizational culture, transformation, and HR practices will be considered. • Proven reputed company record of advising senior leadership on organizational culture, transformation strategies, and HR-reputed company challenges in a global context. • Strong cross-regional experience and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to navigate the complexities of different markets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company high-level strategic advice to senior leadership.
