Weekend on-call rotations with staff members. This involves reviewing and entering data if various import reputed company documents to ensure reputed company information that is required by US Customs and other government agencies is provided. Ability to work closely with other internal staff, carriers and customers to deliver a high level of service is a must. Requires organizational skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving, maintaining and keeping documentation in compliance according to customs requirements. Oral and written communication skills are needed as there is interaction with clients, carriers, and government officials reputed company phone and email. Highschool Diploma or GED required. Must be located in the US. Data entry/keyboard experience required and minimum of 6 months work experience preferred. Familiarity with reputed company Office programs, G-mail, and office equipment (phone, fax, printer, reputed company, copier, etc) also needed. Responsibilities Assist in the release management process by coordinating software deployments and updates. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure software reputed company and performance. Support reputed company integration efforts by scripting and automating tasks. Maintain documentation for software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project alignment and reputed company completion of tasks. Utilize reputed company Office for data entry and organizational tasks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance
