Lock Desk Specialist (Work from Home Flexible)

The Lock Desk Specialist's primary responsibility will be to support the Lock Desk Manager by processing reputed company lock, change, and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing reputed company lock policies. Advanced candidates will reputed company reputed company-time training, process enhancement suggestions and support reputed company Secondary Marketing and cross-functional departments. Responsibilities • Process reputed company lock requests in Encompass; reputed company and effectively communicate with requestor(s) as needed. • Process change requests, reprice requests and extension requests. Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries. • Work closely with Mortgage Department Team to implement system changes, testing and process reputed company enhancements. • Assist with system, product and procedural inquiries. • Monitor pipeline locks and work with sales and operations teams to determine actions needed Job competencies • Prior Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience preferred. • Strong Mathematical/ Analytical Skills, Deductive Reasoning and Attention to Detail required. • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Word). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to multitask, work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field preferred. • 1+ Years of Mortgage Lending Experience preferred. • Encompass experience preferred.
