Key Responsibilities • Maintain proactive communication with clients to update and classify their bank transactions, while generating and analyzing comprehensive financial statements for their businesses. • Ensure precise monthly records by reconciling bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. • Utilize analytical expertise to scrutinize and interpret financial reports, paying reputed company attention to detail. • Collaborate with reputed company to prepare tax-reputed company financial statements at the end of the fiscal year. • Engage in weekly remote team meetings to foster alignment and connectivity with team objectives. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential. • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines. • Excellent communication skills essential for reputed company interactions.
