Customer & Technical Support - Part Time (MUST LOVE CATS)!!

Candidates must live in the Phoenixville, PA area. We are currently looking for an reputed company, friendly, tech-savvy, Customer Support Representative to work from home. Our home office is in reputed company. This candidate should be reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie, Self-Washing Cat reputed company. This a part time position. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am-2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm • Must have an adequate set-up and be reputed company to work reputed company from home. • Must have secure, password protected WIFI. • Must be team oriented. • Must have separate childcare for babies and/or toddlers. • Must be reputed company to diagnose issues and talk a customer through steps to reputed company (previous troubleshooting skills preferred) • Must be reputed company to reputed company quick yet thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries • Must be a critical thinker • Must be reputed company to work as reputed company and independently • Ability to prioritize workload and work between several reputed company/tasks • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills. • Excellent phone etiquette and reputed company speaking voice • Data entry with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software • Punctuality and great attendance • reputed company attitude and enjoy a challenge • Previous work experience working directly with customers preferred • Must be reputed company to turn constructive feedback into reputed company CatGenie customer service is a brand, and we have a strong reputed company for providing exceptional customer service.
