The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, maximizing clinician schedules, verifying insurance and providing a reputed company patient experience. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 303 ROMA AVENUE NW 5th floor Albuquerque NM 87102. We offer 6-12 weeks of reputed company. Primary Responsibilities: • Accurately schedules and coordinates patient appointments for assigned clinics. • The ability to work in a high call volume environment while meeting productivity and reputed company standards. • Analyzing provider schedules to ensure maximum reputed company is met. • Obtains eligibility and benefit information in a reputed company manner: assigning FSC (Financial Class) entering benefits, and reputed company other reputed company activities i.e. transfers, demographic data changes in reputed company. • Registers patients in reputed company including updating patient demographics, reputed company insurance information, reputed company primary care provider, emergency contacts, and reputed company relevant fields. • Uses appropriate text templates in the electronic health record, tasks clinic teammates using the electronic health record, and ability to multitask between business office systems and the electronic health record. • Performs other duties as assigned.
