Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience leading and managing a design team (4 designers). Experience with Agile software delivery environments. Experience designing in reputed company. Portfolio of reputed company work. Even reputed company if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design. Shipped products with a large user reputed company. Experience with large organizational environments (ie Fortune 500). Experience successfully coaching and managing the performance of teams. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
