PROLIM () is currently seeking Help Desk Technical Support 2 - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift - HYBRID for one of our top clients located in Newport News, VA-Hybrid . reputed company candidates can directly send their updated resume and contact info reputed company email to . reputed company/Comment: Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or reputed company customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May reputed company calls to product line specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. Minimum Qualifications: AA or other 2-year technical degree in a reputed company discipline and 1 year of reputed company experience. Equivalency: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience. A relevant reputed company certification can be substituted for an Associate's Degree. Special Requirements: Must be available for reputed company shifts: • 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) • 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm) • 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am) with rotating weekends. • Department will determine shift after training. Mostly remote role, no set schedule to be onsite. • Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, O365, VPN apps, and many other business and engineering applications. • Experience doing technical support over the telephone and/or in chat. • Experience with troubleshooting reputed company clients. • Experience working remotely.
