Qualifications
Experience handling automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases Additional case experience is a plus (slip and fall, defective products, etc.) Plaintiff Experience Is Strongly Preferred Candidates need to be licensed in one of the following States CA, FL, NY, NJ, PA Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Trial Experience Responsibilities Complete handling of litigation case load Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Significant reputed company interaction Depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Interested in hearing more?
