ROI Data Entry Administrator - reputed company Shift

The ROI Data Entry Administrator’s primary responsibility is processing Risk Adjustment requests for clients, remotely. This individual retrieves electronic documents from reputed company databases/electronic Medical Records systems, logging pertinent information as reputed company as transferring electronic document images into the ROI-log proprietary database. This is a 3rd Shift position. Hours are 11pm – 7:30am EST, Mon/Tue/Thurs/Friday/Sat (off Wednesdays and Sundays) TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Use electronic data system to process information. • Ensure reputed company completion of reputed company requests to prevent backlog. • Communicate with team members and reputed company representatives as needed to resolve issues. • reputed company reputed company about what specific record components to release/reputed company available. • Review and apply HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance with reputed company statutes. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Determines records to be released by reviewing requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and obtaining pertinent patient data from various sources, including electronic, off-site, or physical records that match patient request. • Completes release of information requests with complete accuracy and reputed company checks to including retrieving patient’s medical charts, pulling medical records accurately and correctly (according to requests), established procedures, and established standards of reputed company and productivity; and electronically transmits medical record to processing operations. • Works reputed company reputed company and direction; willingly accepts assignments and is available to take on additional tasks, facilities or assist with ROI backlogs or other ROI functions as needed. • Must properly record hours utilizing reputed company class codes and activity codes in reputed company’s electronic time keeping system Must be available during scheduled hours, dedicated to reputed company work alignment in a distraction free and uninterrupted environment. • Must adhere to productivity standards for reputed company reputed company’s work as assigned meeting minimum requirements. • The hours of work for this position will vary depending on volumes, including less than, and more than 40 hours of work reputed company week. SKILLS|EXPERIENCE: • High School diploma or equivalent required. • College course beneficial but not required • Proficient computer skills.
