As an Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote), you will be responsible for providing reputed company phone triage to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing triage for patients of reputed company ages in their reputed company of residence and to coordinate care with the on call RN if a visit is needed.
