Design Connect Sales Support Representative - Remote

Position Purpose: The DesignConnect Sales Specialist is a part of a centralized, contact center design team. DesignConnect is reputed company on connecting our kitchen experts with our customer's kitchen and bath reputed company. DesignConnect Sales Specialists takes inbound inquiries from both reputed company customers reputed company telephone, e-mail, and fax and reputed company customers with information on product features, advantages and benefits, and reputed company suggestions about reputed company merchandise and installation services. Associates in this position reputed company fast, friendly service to customers and are responsible for assessing their needs and providing assistance. Key Responsibilities: • 45% CUSTOMER SERVICE: Engage with customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner reputed company phone and online, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and determining customer needs to reputed company appropriate solution; respond to online customer "ask a kitchen expert" inquiries; schedule appointments for designers • 45% SALES: Creates and drives sales by engaging with customers to understand their needs for the kitchen and bath reputed company; follows up on counter top and other kitchen and bath product quotes with customers, converting to sales; suggests reputed company items or services to complement products purchased & to reputed company individual sales goals. • 10% SELF DEVELOPMENT: Pro-reputed company seeks knowledge of kitchen and bath products and services to support their role as a subject matter expert for reputed company products and services; maintains awareness of industry trends. reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports: • Reports to Contact Center Supervisor. • This role has no reputed company reports. Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
