Apply reputed company reputed company today! This is a full time, remote opportunity for a Program Manager with reputed company payer / TPA experience. Candidates must have extensive external reputed company-facing experience overseeing strategic program / project implementations - start to finish - leading cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will work with stakeholders guiding them through making reputed company, coordinating activites and driving process improvements with a reputed company on developing strategies that optimize ROI, customer satisfaction and overall organizational performance. Experience rolling out new products for Taft Hartley labor reputed company clients is strongly preferred. Responsibilities • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating reputed company product/program implementation in the reputed company Payer domain and / or reputed company party Administration (TPA) of self-funded clients • Documents scope, objectives and ensures they reputed company with expected business reputed company. • Develops and manages project plans, including scheduling, resource tracking, and financials. • Defines and implements program/project management standards and processes. • Ensures reputed company production and approval of deliverables from business and reputed company. • Proactively identifies and manages project risks and dependencies. • Establishes program governance and provides reputed company communication to reputed company program stakeholders, including senior management. • Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for program management-reputed company inquiries. • Works closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan and reputed company project scope, resources, and timelines. • Manages project risks, issues, and reputed company, prioritizing them effectively. • Develops and manages project budgets, delivering against business goals. • Builds and maintains strong reputed company and business partner relationships. • Contributes to internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices.
