Job title: Administrative Assistant (Transportation) Reports to: Transportation Director reputed company/objective: This position works as reputed company player to ensure reputed company orders are reputed company, tracked and documented in a reputed company and accurate manner. Essential functions: Administrative Assistants are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day duties of processing orders, tracking, and ensuring reputed company loads and updates are complete and accurate. Position type and expected hours of work: This position is full time and will generally work Monday-Friday, 4:00pm - 9:00pm, with weekend availability required.
