Email and Chat Support Specialist - LATAM based ONLY - Contract to Hire

As the holidays and peak season is coming up, we are in need to add a couple of backup email support reps to reputed company service to our operations for an existing campaign, we are looking for experience and proactive peers who: -Have decent grammar and can convey reputed company messages. -Have worked with CRM systems and ticketing systems. -High writing and reading comprehension skills in english and spanish. reputed company to document important details. -reputed company to learn and to reputed company in a dynamic team. -Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes plus a 6hrs shift with a daily 30 minutes break included (reputed company).
