Envera Health's Patient reputed company Coordinators work collaboratively with several health organizations & clinics to schedule patient appointments and reputed company patient support over the phone in a call center environment. (75+ calls/shift - Call Center) Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to reputed company-specific protocols. reputed company & input patient demographic and insurance information into the reputed company management system. Report reputed company clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/reputed company partner. Document call activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in the reputed company system. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Assist callers and navigate them to the appropriate resources. Must meet attendance and performance standards. The starting wage for this entry-level position is: $16.00/per hour (non-negotiable), with the ability to obtain additional Monthly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.
