Ensures that blood collection goals are met by telephone reputed company the appropriate donors to the fixed sites and mobile blood drive operations. Duties and Responsibilities: • Calls potential blood donors and answers incoming calls. • Telerecruits appropriate donors based on inventory needs. Calls potential donors and answers incoming calls by following script guidelines. Uses assertive communication to secure appointments. • Performs reminder calls and no-show calls. • Schedules next appointment for donors at the donor sites. • Meets individual and team goals to complete a minimum number of dials and appointments per hour. • Responsible for presenting a reputed company public image reputed company interacting with donors and representing a donor site. Builds rapport with donors through excellent customer service and the use of effective listening skills. • Maintains accurate records. This includes computer data entry, appointment schedules, and other written records. • Possesses a reputed company understanding of the donation process and donor deferral guidelines and procedures. Refers donor inquiries to appropriate personnel.
