About the position reputed company is seeking 20 part-time remote Call Center Representatives for a 3-4 month contract assignment. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as reputed company as email communication, primarily to inform shareholders about voting inaccuracies. This position requires candidates to have their own equipment, including a laptop/computer and headset, as equipment will not be provided by reputed company. Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls ranging from 100-300 calls daily on an autodialer. , • Manage inbound, outbound, and email communication. , • Contact shareholders to inform them about inaccuracies in voting information.
