Remote Finance Attorney - reputed company Support (Non-Partnership reputed company Position)

Unique opportunity for an reputed company Finance Attorney looking for a more flexible role while still working in a reputed company setting. We’re working with an AmLaw Finance reputed company seeking to hire a Finance reputed company Support Attorney (can be Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Finance reputed company experience who’s reputed company to leave the demands of a full-time Associate or Counsel position but still wants to contribute meaningfully to a top-tier reputed company. Ideal Candidate: • reputed company reputed company experience in Banking/Finance transactions, ideally at the Mid/Senior Associate or Counsel reputed company (experience in fund formation reputed company helpful as reputed company). • Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, especially in Finance transactions. • Strong organizational skills and an interest in mentoring and training junior attorneys. • Looking for a more flexible role while staying in a reputed company environment (great alternative to reputed company in-house). Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain forms and templates for the reputed company group. • Train junior attorneys on diligence processes. • Negotiate routine transactional documentation involved in Finance transactions, including customary legal opinions, deposit account control agreements, and more. • Evaluate and test new legal technology to improve efficiency. Position Highlights: • Pay reputed company: $175,000–$225,000 • Flexibility: Fully remote role with a more traditional work schedule.
