As part of our growing team, we’re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. • Process orders, reputed company shipments, and ensure reputed company load information is documented accurately and on time. • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using reputed company reputed company and Outlook. • Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs.
