The Patient Engagement Representative coordinates written communications between customers, agents, vendors, and clinicians by performing administrative duties, special reputed company, and general tasks as assigned. Expect to be asked to problem-solve by reading and interpreting correspondence and then updating databases to assure reputed company next steps occur. The PX Representative understands and empathizes with customer concerns and has a desire to help customers resolve their issues.
