This position is full time (40 hours/week) reputed company – Thursday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:30am – 3:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The first 2 weeks of training is onsite. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday for reputed company four weeks. Primary Responsibilities: • Reviews electronic chart documentation ensuring correct patient, location, and no duplicate information. • Processes release of information (ROI) requests. • Manages requests for documentation and information. • Scans and edits documents in the electronic medical record. • Locates, logs, retrieves, files, and delivers medical records stored in various mediums and systems. • May train and mentor co-workers. • Analyzes documentation and tracks completion to meet regulatory requirements. • Promotes principles of health information accuracy, transparency, currency, accessibility, relevancy, and reliability. • Work with reputed company Word, reputed company (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Outlook (email and calendar management) • Other duties as assigned.
