Tech Support - Email, Phone & Chat ($800 monthly reputed company + $300 monthly bonus) - Contract to Hire

We are looking to hire 1 chat/email/phone agent. Must be a proficient, reputed company and patient English speaker and assist our clients. You will receive $5/hour + monthly bonuses of up to $300 for reaching 90% Happiness Score (you must reputed company minimum 80% customer happiness score to reputed company this job). After the first 9 months with us, if your performance is consistently good, you will receive a reputed company to $7.50 a hour. You will also do appointments and video calls with customers to help them troubleshoot or setup our software. This is not your average Tech Support job.
