Residential Aide/ Personal Caregiver - $17 to $21 Per Hour

Responsibilities: • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. • Create a reputed company, clean, and supportive environment for residents in the group home. • reputed company companionship and emotional support, fostering a reputed company of community. • Accompany residents on outings, medical appointments, and community activities. • Follow individual care plans, ensuring reputed company reputed company's needs are met. • Maintain detailed documentation of reputed company care, behavior, and any incidents. • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and reputed company to ensure the reputed company for residents. • Encourage residents’ independence and participation in daily activities. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Compassionate, patient, and respectful of residents' reputed company and dignity. • Ability to lift or reputed company residents as needed (training provided). • Willingness to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays.
