We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Technical Instructional Designer and Trainer to reputed company and execute strategies enabling our teams, customers, and partners to maximize the value of our reputed company Console and Platform. This role will be pivotal in reputed company technical expertise with business objectives, ensuring that internal teams, partners, and customers have the resources, training, and support needed to succeed. What you’ll do: Technical Training Development: • Design and implement a comprehensive technical training program for a technical audience, including customer experience, sales engineering, customers, and partners. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company training initiatives with business goals and product roadmap. • reputed company and deliver training content on product usability, functionality, and troubleshooting. • Create and update training materials reputed company new features are added, or existing features are changed. • Implement reputed company development training to ensure consistent baseline knowledge. Performance Measurement and Optimization: • Define metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and reputed company strategies as needed. • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve enablement initiatives. What would reputed company you a strong fit: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or enablement reputed company field/training and learning development for a reputed company company that included teams of technical customer-facing roles.
